Returns & Refunds
What is the Return Policy? / Can I return my order?
We offer the option to exchange or receive a credit note for returns within 14 days of purchase, and the buyer must pay the return postage.
The item must be returned in the exact condition it was originally sent in. If there is a problem with the item for whatever reason and you have to return it, a refund will only once be issued when we have received the item back, subject to review.
The return shipping will be covered by the You.

Where is my refund?
Refunds can take up to 14 days after we receive the item(s) back from you. The 14 day period starts from the day following the confirmation of the item(s) arriving with us.

Do I have to pay for to return my order?
The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs. We recommend posting with Royal Mail Special delivery to ensure it arrives safely with us. We are not liable for any issues returning the shoes, we cannot issue a refund without confirmation of the item arriving to us, please keep this mind when choosing which service to use when returning the order.

Are all your items authentic/genuine?
Every single product that we sell is 100% Authentic. We'd never deal with fakes and there isn't a fake out there that would pass our legit checking process.
Our team combined have years of experience and knowledge in the industry. Therefore, we (easily) authenticate every single pair that is listed on our website and will never be fooled by fakes. Each product passes a strict vetting process before being listed, so you don't need to worry about your items being authentic as it is a guarantee that they will be.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
This depends on shipping method you select at checkout.
We are keen to get your order to you as quick as possible, therefore, the slowest delivery rate that we currently offer is 2-3 business days for your order to arrive after it has been dispatched. Cut off for same day dispatch is 4pm.
The fastest method is Special Delivery by 1pm. We often dispatch orders same day so orders usually arrive within 24 hours of order confirmation, however, there may be exceptions.
If you are worried about your order not arriving in time, contact us and we will confirm we can get your order to you in time.

How do I track my order?
We will send you a Royal Mail Tracking Reference via email within 72 hours (usually within 24) of receiving your order confirmation email. This reference will allow you to track the delivery status of your item.

What days do you dispatch orders?
We dispatch orders Monday-Friday every week. If Saturday/Sunday delivery is required please contact us and we may be able to arrange it.

Can I cancel my order?
Your order can potentially be cancelled as long as the order has not yet been dispatched.

Warranty
Do the trainers come with a warranty?
Some shoes have warnings about wearing them on due to age, can you explain more?
We suggest that any trainers that are older than 7 years old are to be worn at your own risk, and if the item(s) become defected within your possession you will not be entitled to a refund.
We thoroughly check over the soles of every pair we sell before listing, however, the soles on pairs older than 7 years are not guaranteed to last due to the degradation of the rubber over time and could crumble when worn without any prior signs when visually inspecting the soles. Please take this into consideration before buying an older pair.
This does not mean that the shoes are unwearable, it all depends on how they've been treated throughout the years. If we list shoes that are already damaged and are in need of a new sole before being worn (aka a Sole Swap), this will be clearly mentioned in the description and displayed in the photos. We will never list a pair with sole damage without highlighting it in the description and photos.
