If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to RM Footwear, accessible from www.RMFootwear.co.uk
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within the 14 days following the date you received your order. For returns we offer:

  • An Exchange
  • A Credit Note

Whichever one you choose out of the above options will be given to you within 14 days of receiving your return. The 14 day period starts the day after your item(s) have been delivered. At this point in time we do not offer refunds, unless the Goods are faulty or not as described.

Any Goods returned to us must be unworn and in the same condition as they were when they were sent out to you. Goods that are damaged, stained or that show any further signs of wear will be rejected and sent back to you at your own cost.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
  • The Goods must be in the exact same condition as they arrived in, the condition of the Goods we sell is documented thoroughly before sale so we will notice if the condition is not exactly the same as when we sent the Goods. If the Goods are not in the same condition/show any signs of wear the return will be rejected and the Goods will be returned to You at Your expense.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
