Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. Cut off for same day dispatch is 4pm. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

*Next day delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the United Kingdom. Please note that we cannot guarantee parcels will be dispatched on a weekend and Royal Mail do not deliver on Sundays. 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

RM Footwear is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

RM Footwear is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Loss

RM Footwear is not liable for any products that are lost where proof of delivery is available. It is not the responsibility of RM Footwear to contact the courier nor refund the buyer in the case a product is lost, unless the proof of delivery cannot be provided. 

International Shipping Policy

The majority of our customers are UK based, however, we may consider international postage on request. Please contact us if you're outside the UK and are interested in buying from us and we will get back to you ASAP.
